Returns:

In the case of a return, the shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

We can offer a refund for any product provided it has not been worn and is in resellable condition with all original tags. The refund excludes all shipping costs. Please note that we track customer returns and reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion due to a history of excessive returns.

The customer may make a return within 14 business days from the date of purchase without citing a specific reason.

We assume no responsibility for issues where improper use has contributed to the problem. Washing items not in accordance with the instructions on the label or scratches from wearing them are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by warranty.

Before returning any item, the customer is obligated to notify the company in writing at atelier@hamza.ro, or by phone at +40 (749) 571 730.

These provisions are applied in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, as making a purchase on this website involves the use of long-distance communication technology.

Refunds to customers who have cancelled a purchase will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item(s).

After placing an order on the website, a customer declares that they have been advised and fully agree with the aforementioned aspects. Acceptance of the mentioned conditions is equivalent to a contract between the parties, thus applicable are the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Contact us via email at atelier@hamza.ro within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and the item you are returning. Pack the return items securely and send the package back to us using your preferred courier service.

Remember to use a reliable service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. After the inspection of the returned items, you will receive your money via bank transfer.
